OUR HANDSHAKE AGREEMENT
While our equipment is on loan to you, we hope you will treat it as if it were your own. We have put together what we call Our Handshake Agreement with 5 simple guidelines. Your agreement to follow these guidelines is crucial to our up-front, all-inclusive pricing policy.
1. Dumpster Loading Guidelines
Dumpsters may be loaded to the top of their walls, but no higher.
Please do not overload your dumpster above the height of its walls.
2. What You Can and Cannot Load
You may fill your dumpster with anything except the following:

Tires of any size

Containers of liquids of any type, including paints, chemicals, or cleaners

Hazardous waste (anything that might catch fire, is highly corrosive or reactive, or toxic, as described by the EPA)

Explosives, such as propane tanks, fire extinguishers, and fireworks

Quantities of dirt or mud
The following materials are permitted with restrictions:

Concrete, Bricks, and Blocks: May NOT be mixed with other construction debris (boards, drywall, trash, etc.)
Only allowed in 5-cubic-yard dumpsters due to weight limits.

Shingles: May only be mixed with construction debris.
Restricted to a maximum of 30 squares of shingles per load.
3. Pick-Up Accessibility
Your dumpster must be accessible on the scheduled pick-up day.
If we are unable to pick up the dumpster, a rescheduling fee will apply.
4. Additional Service Fees
Services arranged in advance:
Extended Delivery outside our included Service Area: $25–$50 depending on distance.
Extended Rental (keeping your dumpster longer than the standard 3 or 7-day rental):
$20 per day or $120 per week (with 24 hours' notice).
Services required to close out rental:
Rescheduled Pick-Up (for inaccessible dumpsters): $50
If your dumpster isn't accessible, we will automatically reschedule pick-up for the next day.
Over the 2-ton limit will be billed at the going rate (currently $85/ton).
Hidden tires (discovered during disposal): $20 per tire.
Tires are strictly prohibited. If any are found, the cost for their disposal will be passed on to you.
5. Damage Responsibility
Any damages caused by misuse or neglect while the dumpster is in your care may result in additional charges to repair or replace the dumpster.
